She is available for in person and tele-health visits, and has a background in trauma informed therapy, narrative therapy, and CBT. She works issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, bereavement, ADHD, traumatic experiences, divorce, and general life stressors. She sees young adults, couples and individual adults. Greetings

Hello,

Chances are, if you are looking at this page, you are feeling stuck, challenged by life’s circumstances. Perhaps you are yearning to connect more deeply to the people in your life. You may be ready to embark on a journey to a healthier, more satisfying and more authentic life experience. You may be ready to make changes, and uncertain where to begin.

At times, we all struggle with the inevitable trials of being human. You may be a parent or partner in a significant relationship struggling with connection, and in need of both practical and emotional support. At times, feelings of anxiety, apathy, and depression arise, and feelings of disconnection and loneliness can take hold. For others, we may be at a crossroads in our life, brought about by divorce, relocation, caregiving for a loved one, or a desire to have a bigger impact in our communities and the world. We may be asking ourselves BIG questions, “what’s next”, “what should I do”, and “what do I want from life”.

It is important to remember that your life is your own, AND you may also be in need of some serious TLC. It may be time to make an investment in yourself and your future.
