I’m taking a moment to say thank you to everyone who has liked, commented, or shared a post, taken a class or is following along on this journey. Your support means so much! Every time you engage and connect, you remind me why I am doing this and why I love yoga so much.

I’ve had people send messages asking questions about my classes and yoga in general. I’ve had conversations with people locally who are excited to see more yoga in the community. And I’ve had five wonderful classes with the most amazing women.

Now, I have a small ask. If you are reading this or any of my posts, could you please engage? By liking, commenting, or sharing, you are helping my business get seen by more people. People who may be looking for yoga in the area and don’t know I exist! It is much appreciated. 💗

I have classes this Wednesday at 7pm and again on Saturday at 6:30am. All women welcome! Come as you are - there is a place for you here. Register at core4yoga.as.me or at link in bio. See you on the mat!

The theme of my class on Saturday is “going within.”

The answers you need are already inside of you. So stop looking outward to find peace, healing, or love. Turn toward your breath and get quiet.

I will hold space for you to do just that tomorrow morning. ✨ Register at core4yoga.as.me or at link in bio. See you on the mat. 💞

Meet the Instructor: Stephanie from Core 4 Yoga
Gentle. Grounding. Soulful. That’s the energy Stephanie brings to every class, and it's exactly what makes her such a special part of the Studio She community.

With her experience guiding women through slow flow, restorative, and vinyasa practices, Stephanie creates a space where you can breathe deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with your body. Her classes focus on slowing down, being present, and letting go. Something we all need a little more of.

Off the mat, Stephanie’s a nature-loving creative with a deep love for her family and a heart for intentional living. Whether she’s walking through the woods, practicing breathwork, or showing up as her most authentic self, she embodies the kind of peaceful strength we all admire.

Come as you are. Leave a little more whole.

Yesterday was such a beautiful morning. I will try to capture how my first two classes went with words, but I wish you could feel how it felt for me. What a ride. In true Stephanie style, I will be vulnerable and real.

I have been feeling full on panicky since I made the decision to jump into teaching. But I kept moving forward because I felt a calling to do it. It’s why I took my yoga teacher training to begin with. I just knew I needed to do it and would regret it if I didn’t.

The build up to today has been intense. So much thinking and doing behind the scenes. I find it very difficult to get out of my head and not overthink things so what might seem easy for someone else takes me a lot longer to do. There is no “just do it” for me. It’s panic and procrastination. Another reason I practice yoga - to get out of my head space!

I practiced last night in the space until about 9. Went between feeling prepared and calm and freaking out the entire time. Came home. Cried to my family. Practiced some more. Finally fell asleep after midnight. Up at 4:30, adrenaline surging through me. Cold sweat. I have never panicked like that before. Definitely no coffee needed to wake me up. Got to the space at 5. Continued to worry. My body felt frozen.

I had one student signed up for the 5:30am class and I swear she is the angel sent to me today. She walked in and told me she was meant to be there this morning because her bed was calling her but she got up anyway. I told her I was going to be honest and that I was having a bit of a panic attack. She hugged me while tears streamed down my face. I was embarrassed, but also so grateful to have someone see me and hold space for me in that moment. She offered to cancel, but I knew I wanted to continue with class. I had to work through it, not run from it.

I gathered my courage, took a breath (or many!) and did it! It was hard, but also felt good and natural. An overall positive experience. My 7am class had 3 students - all three being experienced yoga teachers! Talk about intimidating! I reminded myself that they were there to SUPPORT me, and I was honest about how I was feeling. And I taught the class!

I did it! And I didn't die!! Even though my body was trying to protect me by sending out warning signals. And even though I thought about canceling many times. I didn’t give up on myself. So much was learned today from myself and my students. They are the true rock stars for showing up this morning. This was without a doubt the hardest thing I can ever recall doing with this much fear, but I am so proud. And I couldn’t have done it without the support of some beautiful women.

The theme of my class today was new beginnings because that’s exactly what this is. And I’m only getting started. Next classes are Monday at 5:30pm and Wednesday at 7pm. I would l love to see some more friendly faces there! These are all-levels classes. Register at the link in my bio - Core4Yoga.as.me

If you read this far, thank you! Your support means a lot. Keep those good vibes coming! See you on the mat. 💗

I’ve taken two classes at
Yogacara Whistler during my visit this week. Such a beautiful studio! Both teachers were excellent. I love how their personalities shined through and they allowed me to show up as I am. Both Vinyasa classes, but set up very differently. I left each class feeling invigorated, relaxed and inspired!

Relationships will be created and nurtured here - with other like-minded women and yourself! Come as you are!

Hi! I’m Stephanie, the founder of Core 4 Yoga. I have been practicing yoga (somewhat inconsistently!) for almost 15 years. I love the way it makes me feel - strong body, calm mind. In 2024, I wrapped up my first 200-hour teacher training through B Still Yoga Studio in Perham.

Shortly after finishing, I broke my ankle, completely halting my yoga practice. After healing physically (and doing some mental healing too!), yoga was there for me when I was ready. I have reignited my passion for teaching, and I’m excited to teach at Studio SHE because I fully believe in Jen‘s mission that empowers women to show up as themselves - whatever that may look like - during that hour, day, or season of life. Come as you are, and you will be welcomed with open arms!

I practice vinyasa style yoga, which syncs movement with breath in a seamless flow. As a teacher, my goal is to show up with authenticity and humility making sure the students understand that yoga is forever everyone.

I plan to continue my education with another 200-hour YTT and training in kids yoga as well. Outside of yoga, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters and husband, petting all the animals, reading, being outside, and planning my next trip. See you on the mat!
