Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004.

Our Alexandria, MN site is hiring immediately for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Resident Assistants (RA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). Full Time and Part Time Shifts- All shifts available
These positions are responsible for:
Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a team work setting
Must be dependable, your co-workers rely on you but more importantly our residents need you there.
Previous experience is preferred but not required
