Our classes and workshops help students build strength and flexibility, experience relaxation, and feel healthy and vibrant. Our experienced and devoted teachers help students move toward their individual goals with compassion, expert guidance, and fun. Radiance workshops, events, teacher training programs, and community programs provide opportunities for students to know one another, deepen their practice, and share ideas on living a yogic lifestyle. At Radiance, we offer two distinct core focused classes so you can choose the approach that best supports your body and practice.

✨ Core Strength & Flow�This flow-based class weaves targeted core work into dynamic, breath-led sequences. Expect creative transitions, integrated strength, and a steady rhythm that challenges coordination and balance while keeping you moving. Ideal for students who love vinyasa and want to build deep core strength through flow.

🧘‍♀️ Core Strength & Stability�This class takes a more functional, stability-based approach with intentional pacing, longer holds, and focused alignment. You’ll build strength from the inside out while supporting posture, balance, and long-term resilience.

These classes were formerly called Core Strength & Stretch. We’ve updated the names to better reflect the different styles our teachers have been sharing all along.

💪 Meet Sculpt & Stretch – a dynamic, full body class that blends energizing movement with circuit style strength training to help you build muscle tone, bone density, balance, and real world functional strength.

Each class begins with a mobility focused yoga warm up, then moves into powerful circuits using weights and functional exercises, and finishes with a feel good stretch to help you recover and reset. Expect an upbeat, empowering workout designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence.

This class is accessible for all levels and ideal for anyone interested in strength training in a supportive, mindful environment.
