MB Therapy, Inc. is a therapist-owned company dedicated to providing individualized therapy services. is so excited to be here in Central Louisiana.

We are so thankful that God has blessed us with a location here in Alexandria, and are looking forward to continuing to serve Central Louisiana and the surrounding areas. We provide Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services, as well as equine-assisted therapy and adaptive music lessons. Our skilled therapists are trained in areas including: ADHD, Autism, Assistive Technology, Behavioral Modification, Brachial Plexus Injuries, CP, DS, PDD, Developmental Delays, Handwriting, Apraxia, Oral Motor Skills, Prematurity, Sensory Integration, Social Skills, Toe-Walking, Torticollis, Myofascial Release, Swallowing, Feeding, Reading/Literacy, Auditory Processing, Toileting, Visual-Motor Integration, and Phonological Awareness. We accept most major insurances, as well as all Louisiana Medicaid Bayou Health plans. We also offer affordable private-pay options when needed. At MB Therapy Inc, we believe the best progress happens when parents & therapists work hand in hand. We’re excited to continue our Learning Together Fridays, an additional opportunity for parents to join their child’s therapy session & learn more about the skills that help them grow every day.

During these sessions, our therapy team will guide you through easy to use & practical techniques to support your child at home & daycare. We want you to leave feeling more confident, connected, & equipped to help your child excel in their daily routines!
