Join us for yoga and Zumba — come as you are and enjoy movement in a welcoming space! All classes are drop-in friendly — attend whenever it fits your schedule!

• Please check in with Amber in the store before class starts. You can pre-register or sign in when you arrive.
• After class, the store will be open for browsing, and Amber will offer a refreshing lavender beverage to enjoy!

What to Bring for Yoga:
• Yoga mat
• Dress in layers — we’ll start slow and build warmth
• No shoes or socks — barefoot is best
• 🌾 Sensitive to grass? Bring a blanket or sheet to place under your mat (aim for one that extends a few feet beyond each side)
• Optional: water, sunglasses, eye pillow for final relaxation

Pricing for Yoga:

Pre-purchased – Single Session: $17
At the Door – Single Session: $20
💃 Zumba – Thursday | 9:00–10:00 AM | Algoma Wellness Center

Join us for a grounding and serene summer yoga series in the middle of Glen Innish Farm’s blooming lavender fields. These all-level classes offer a calming blend of movement and mindfulness in a beautiful, natural setting.
