💜Gentle Yoga- Wednesdays & Fridays @ 10am. No need to register, just come when you can! Perfect for people who enjoy a gentle practice, an effective stretch, mindful breathing, and gentle strengthening to support balance! An excellent weekly mind-body practice to stay healthy!
💜Flow Yoga- Wednesdays @ 5pm. Please register, as a minimum participation is required to run each weekly class. Great for people who have a little yoga experience (although not necessary), need to release stress, incorporate mindful breathing, build strength and a little heat, and like a deeper stretch! An excellent midweek stress buster and reset!
💜Restorative Yoga + Live Meditation- Monthly on Sunday afternoons. Please register, as there is a limited amount of space and props. This is a slow and peaceful practice, allowing your body to melt, deeply relax, and restore. Guided meditation, mindful breathing, sound bath, healing instruments, and peaceful mantras may be used to further allow healing to happen within. A great way to close out the weekend and prepare for the week ahead!
