The ELO program decorated a scarecrow at Central Park for the Algona Area Chamber of Commerce Scarecrow Showdown. They had fun gathering supplies, building the scarecrow and then watching it come together! You all did an amazing job!

This past Friday a group of Individuals went to the Algona Community School's Homecoming Parade from Fair street and Diamond Drive homes. They cheered on the football team, cheerleaders, dance team, cross country, band, FFA, swim team and the volleyball team. Go Bulldogs!

Several individuals from the ELO program went to the Clay County Fair in Spencer this past week! They enjoyed Grandpa's Barn, Animals, Indoor Vendors and all the different Food options for Lunch! It was a beautiful week to enjoy the fair.

One evening a few individuals enjoyed a night of racing in the Grandstands!

Tuesday for Direct Support Professional Week, Ex-Op brought in Dr. Holly Stevenson and she did a presentation on: Power of the Pause "Let Them". A Lemonade Bar and Gift was presented at this meeting. We recognized our staff for milestone years of service: 1 year (Certificate) 3 years (Pin) 5 years, 10 years, 20 years and 25 years (Money)! Thank you to everyone for your years of service!
