As the new school year begins, I’ve realized how important it is to give myself time to adjust and recharge. The first week back at the middle school is always full of energy and transition, and I want to ensure I can show up fully for both my students and all of you at the studio.

With that in mind, Firefly Yoga will be closed from Monday, August 25th through Friday, August 29th, and will reopen on Saturday, August 30th. We will also be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day.

My goal is always to offer you the best experience possible, and I know this brief pause will allow me to do just that. Thank you so much for your continued support over the years—I look forward to practicing with you again next week.
