🩺🌟 Happy National CNA Week! 🌟🩺

This week, we proudly celebrate the incredible work of Certified Nursing Assistants across the country. CNAs are the backbone of patient care — offering compassion, comfort, and support every single day.

To all the 3 CNAs on our Community Health & Hospice team who go above and beyond: Thank you for your strength, your heart, and your unwavering dedication. 💙 Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for everything you do.

Let’s show our CNAs some love — drop a “❤️” in the comments to say thanks!

Another ‘Thank You’ to Faye Weydert, Kim Gilbert, Tom McGuire and Marilyn Neilsen for helping prepare invites and keepsakes prior to the events! It truly does take a village! And we are so grateful for each and every one of our Volunteers!!

Hospice of the Heartland

When a patient’s care transitions from curing to caring, Hospice of the Heartland is there. Services are provided to clients diagnosed with a terminal illness who can no longer benefit from curative treatment. The typical Hospice patient has a life expectancy of 6 months or less. Services are provided by a team of trained, local professionals—physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists, dietitians, home health aides, and volunteers—who provide medical, care and support services not only to the patients but also to the entire family.
