Health screenings are so important! They help provide early detection and diagnosis of health conditions. They also give you peace of mind knowing your health status. In the event there is a possible health issue, doing a screening allows you to then address it promptly instead of waiting. Make sure to stay up to date on your health and get those screenings done! ✔️

One conversation can save a life. Talking about su***de isn’t harmful- silence is. Being honest with someone and asking, “How are you really doing?” and truly listening could be the lifeline someone needs today. 💙

This September, join us in raising awareness and breaking the silence around su***de. Together, we can spread hope and prevent loss.
