Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’m a registered nurse and root-cause focused holistic wellness coach.

I help women over 30 who are feeling exhausted, stressed, or “off” reconnect with their health in a realistic, supportive way by looking beyond symptoms and addressing underlying factors.

Here on this page, I share general wellness education and lifestyle tips that can be helpful for anyone. Within my private practice, I work exclusively with women over 30, supporting things like hormones, metabolism, stress, sleep, and overall well-being.

I believe wellness starts with being heard. There’s not a one-size-fits-all approach since healing looks different for every woman.
