Join our team in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Putnam County as they work towards greater independence!

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to empower and support people with disabilities and their families to live enriched and fulfilled lives. Depending on the needs of the persons supported, the DSP assists with living skill development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development.

​Starting pay is $16.25 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus, or up to $2500 with specific training!

*​ The Special $2,500 sign-on bonus is only applicable for Putnam County and is dependent on the following training:
- Hoyer Lift Training
- Medication Certification
- CPR/First Aid
- Relias
- Puree food Dining Plan

Full-time/Nights/Weekend shifts are available.

We will have Cinco De Mayo Bingo next Tuesday, May 5th! We will have tacos for lunch for $5. We will also have the Drip Stick ice cream/ popsicle truck between 12:30 & 1:30 PM. All ice cream/popsicle items will be under $3. There will be sugar-free options available. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

The Location for this event is the Pacesetters Administrative Office, 2511 Hwy 111 N, Cookeville, TN.
