Hello, I’m Vania Aviles, a licensed clinical therapist based in Los Angeles, CA, with many years of experience providing mental health care to youth and adults.

I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma navigate life’s challenges, develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, and improve their mental well-being.

In my practice, I offer a safe and supportive space where my clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgment. I take a collaborative approach, working together to make positive changes. I’m passionate about helping my clients learn how to change unhelpful thinking patterns, understand their strengths, resolve obstacles, set healthy boundaries, and develop healthy relationships.
