Our Administrator conducted Shift Confessions today, recognizing staff members with OSCARs (Outstanding Service Creating Awesome Results), a Premier of Alice employee recognition program merged with Shift Confessions, a corporate employee recognition program, to cultivate employee satisfaction, enhance employee morale and show appreciation for our diligent staff. Staff members who earn an OSCAR can cash it in with the administrator for a snack, soft drink or candy.
