Clarity Counseling, LLC Clarity Counseling, a private practice, offers both in-person and virtual counseling services to support the mental well-being of its clients. Welcome!

The practice has offices in Hopewell, Pennsylvania and Red Bank, New Jersey. Our goal is to provide compassionate and holistic care in a space where you feel valued and supported. Our team members collaborate together to provide you with well-rounded care. Our counselors help children, adolescents, and adults. Specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, OCD, Bipolar Disorder and m

ore. Therapeutic tools include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and more. Our registered dietitian works with clients of all ages and medical backgrounds. Her specialties include improving mental health (anxiety, depression, anger and more), as well as eating disorders, chronic illness, and weight loss.
