Please help us Welcome Miss Emily to our Physical Therapy Team!🥰 Miss Emily attended Saint Francis University where she achieved her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, as well as her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. 👩‍🎓She is Board Certified in Pediatric Physical Therapy and has experience with all ages. Clinically, she is particularly interested in torticollis treatment, as well as treatment of developmental delay.🚼️🧡 In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her family, crafting, and exploring new places. Be sure to give her a warm Welcome when you see her around our offices!😊

Our state-of-the-art sensory gyms are designed to be both FUN and FUNCTIONAL! These gyms, located in both our Center and Moon Township offices, offer kids a space to build strength, coordination, communication, regulation, confidence, and independence through play! From swings and ziplines to climbing and crash pads, every part of the gym supports meaningful developmental goals while making a session feel more like play than work! 🛝🤸
We love being able to provide treatment in spaces that allow sensory seeking kids to play in a way that keeps them feeling engaged and excited to learn. 💫

We are so excited to have recently welcomed Miss Mikayla to our team! Miss Mikayla is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where she completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science before going on to earn her OTD. She has experience in pediatrics and is particularly interested in feeding and sensory processing. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with friends and family and go on runs. If you haven't met Miss Mikayla yet, be sure to give her a warm welcome next time you see her around any of our 3 clinics!

You may remember about this time last year when we shared a video of our patient Gracie taking her very first steps. 👣Since then, she’s been making such incredible progress in physical therapy and just recently reached her goal of being able to step up onto a 4inch step like she does here in this video! 🎉 We are so proud of all of Gracie’s hard work and know she will keep making huge strides. Way to go, Gracie!💕👏

We have been having such a great time in our monthly Tummy Time Sessions! Miss Kate our Physical Therapist has been leading babies and their caregivers through tummy time exercises to help them build up strength in their necks and trunks. Last week, we even had some little ones working on their rolling over! 🥰👶⁠

Meet Miss Alexis! We were so lucky to have Miss Alexis join our PT Team last month! She has been getting to know our families, and we wanted to share a bit about her so you can get to know her too!

Miss Alexis completed her Undergrad at the University at Albany before attending the University of Pittsburgh to earn her DPT.🎓️

She has professional experience treating both adults and children and is particularly interested in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), which she has received Level A certification in!💪

Outside of work she loves to take her puppy on walks and hang out with friends and family.🐶
