Meet our Clinical Director!
She fell in love with ABA from her very first day as a Behavior Technician. She has always had a passion for working with kids, and seeing the positive impact on clients and their families truly inspired her.

πŸ’« What motivated her to become a BCBA?
Witnessing how life-changing ABA can be, not just for the clients but for their families. It made her want to deepen her impact and pursue her BCBA certification.

πŸ’«How does she feel about her work today?
She still believes it's the greatest job in the world and can’t imagine doing anything else.

πŸ’«What’s her favorite part of being a BCBA?
She especially loves parent training and working on advanced skills with older clients to help them build independence.

πŸ’«What does she enjoy doing outside of work?
She loves spending time with her amazing family and dog, reading, cross stitching, and watching documentaries.

🌟 Meet Our Chief Clinical Officer!
She got her start in the field earlier than most, at just 13 years old, teaching swim lessons to children with autism. Even then, she loved finding creative ways to make learning both fun and meaningful. Her passion for supporting kids with disabilities never wavered, and years later, she found her calling in the world of ABA. She’s been making waves ever since!

πŸ’‘ What keeps her inspired?
It’s all about the aha moments, when a child lights up after discovering a new interest, or when they finally communicate their wants and needs after so much hard work. She's also deeply committed to mentoring staff, and finds just as much joy in watching her team grow and thrive.
