Today was the delivery of this anterior crown. You can see the temporary blanching of the gum on top of it. The previous crown and tooth broke and we removed the remaining root, immediately placed an implant and let it heal for 4 months. The patient had a temporary retainer but today she was so happy to finally get her tooth back. Implants are a predictable solution to missing teeth.
