Dear Patients, Families and Facilities,

During these difficult times of change, our group remains here to support all patients. We are already versed in providing Telehealth sessions using multiple platforms and are also focused on staying HIPPA compliant. Many families that we service have been separated from their loved ones, for their safety, during this time. Given this, our patients are experiencing increase symptoms and we are focused on making every effort to assist all. We understand that this is a period of transition, but will help guide all to ensure a easy process.
At this time, all sessions will be converted to tele-psych using desktop, laptops, tablets and smart phones. Our virtual office has a direct line that can be easily accessed and used while maintaining confidentiality. We are complying with both our licensing board(s) and the California Health Guideline changes. Testing will be on hold as this needs to be face to face, however, testing intakes can be completed. Please reach out via email, dr.allenpsyd@pompsych.com, or call 949-630-0584 if you have any questions or concerns.
We all look forward to seeing everyone in the upcoming months, but want you to know that we will continue services in this way. Please allow us to provide comfort to you, or your loved ones, during this time of uncertainty. We will all work directly with the facilities, in cases appropriate, to ensure continuity of care. Our clinicians, at Peace of Mind, all bring with them a background and passion for working with the senior population. Our team consists of licensed and insured clinicians in the state of California and all are contracted Medicare providers.
