New call center in MOORE, OK!

We are GROWING! We just opened our 2nd call center office in Moore, Ok and need agents for this office.

Seeking those who will commit to us long term and who demonstrate longevity, loyalty on their resume v. job hopping.

Pay: Approximately $3600/per month (pay is individually driven-this approximate is for those making commissions with their base pay)

Hourly: $15.00 (plus premium for Bilingual Spanish speakers)
Commission paid with each check (every other Friday).

Average agent earns an effective wage of over $25 per hour when considering base and commission. Average time for new agent to start earning commissions is 90+ days.

Position Summary

Our Healthcare Collections Agent primarily initiates outbound calls to engage in negotiation tactics to secure patient payment of their outstanding medical bills. Approximately 150-200 calls daily to help meet weekly/monthly metrics. They also take calls from patients, answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, listening to patients’ needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
