A new chapter: Victoria Roush Yoga → Integrative Menopause Wellness 🌿
Friends, I’m thrilled to share that I’m focusing my work entirely on supporting women through peri-menopause through post-menopause.
This shift grew from years of navigating my own menopause transition without support, being dismissed by doctors, and no community support to lean on—plus countless conversations with women who felt unseen, overextended, and under-supported. You deserve specialized, compassionate, and evidence-informed care during this powerful life transition.
Why the change?
Because menopause isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a season to be supported.
The symptoms are real (sleep challenges, hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, fatigue), and whole-person care makes a real difference.
My approach integrates yoga therapy, nervous-system regulation, breathwork and meditation, gentle strength & mobility, and Ayurveda-inspired daily practices—so you can create balance that actually lasts.
My goals for this community:
-Reduce chronic stress and overall symptom burden
-Restore sleep, clarity, strength, and confidence
-Offer practical tools you can use in under 30 minutes
-Build a warm, judgment-free community for women 35+
-Partner with healthcare providers to bridge holistic + conventional care
