🧠 Today kicks off Brain Awareness Week, a reminder that the brain is at the center of everything we do. The left side helps with logic, language, and problem-solving, while the right side fuels creativity, emotion, and connection.

When these systems work together, they shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us. That’s why brain health and behavioral health go hand in hand.

Taking care of your mind means taking care of your whole brain. And every step toward awareness helps break the stigma around mental health.❤️

March is National Criminal Justice Month. It is time to talk about what is really happening. 👇

About two million times each year, people with mental illness are booked into jails. Nearly 2 in 5 people who are incarcerated have a history of mental illness. That is about double the rate of the general population. And 70% of youth in the juvenile justice system have a diagnosable mental health condition.

We support and work with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and invite you to be part of the movement for help, not handcuffs too! Education. Advocacy. Real reform. Let’s push for diversion, treatment, and dignity. ❤️ Learn more. Speak up. Be part of the change.

💙 National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (Feb. 23–March 1, 2026) 💙 NEDAW is a time to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and offer hope to those impacted by eating disorders. This year’s theme, “Every BODY Belongs,” reminds us that 30 million Americans of all ages and backgrounds are affected.

Eating disorders do not only impact physical health. They deeply affect mental health too. Anxiety, depression, isolation, low self worth, and shame often go hand in hand with disordered eating. The emotional toll can be just as serious as the physical consequences, and recovery requires support for both body and mind.

Let’s come together to support, educate, and fight for change — because every body belongs.
