Congratulations Zachariah Hernandez on receiving the DAISY Award from the Oakland University School of Nursing, and on your graduation.

These are two different milestones, but together they say something important. You didn’t just complete the program, you distinguished yourself in how you cared for patients along the way. That combination matters.

As you move into practice, protect what earned you that DAISY recognition. Skill will continue to grow with time, but the way you connect with patients and show up in difficult moments is what will define your impact long term.

Well done, your familia at NAHN-MI are very proud. Best wishes in this next phase of your career.
