Every once in a while, we all need a reminder to relax, unwind, and take a moment to breathe deeply. The day was actually the brainchild of a 9-year-old from Michigan all the way back in 1985! Although young, he was wise enough to see the need for everyone to remember to take time to relax, whether through yoga, taking a walk, spending time with a friend, or just enjoying time outside.
