For 19 years, Jennifer Byram, RN, BSN has dedicated her career to caring for patients and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

Her nursing journey began in the NICU, caring for the very beginning of life, and today continues in hospice care, walking alongside patients and families during life’s final chapters. While the settings may look different, the heart behind the work remains the same: showing up with presence, kindness, and compassion when it matters most.

One quote has stayed with Jennifer throughout her nursing journey:

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

At LoveWell, we are grateful for nurses like Jennifer who help make every moment matter for the patients and families we serve.
