Consult your provider and begin slow. Listen to your body. This isn’t the time to go full out. If you are experiencing heartburn, high blood pressure, eye condition Glaucoma, high levels of amniotic fluid, breech baby recently turned in third trimester or it just doesn’t feel good you’ll want to avoid this pose. If you are attending a class, go into child pose or hands and knees. 🙏
