Hi, I’m Kelley — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and connection. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, identity exploration, and self-esteem struggles.
My practice is inclusive and affirming, with a special focus on serving LGBTQ+ clients and neurodivergent individuals. I understand how important it is to feel safe, respected, and truly understood — and I’m committed to creating a supportive space where all parts of you are welcome.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe that healing happens in the context of a trusting relationship, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches. I also incorporate principles from the Gottman Method to support couples and individuals working through relationship challenges. Every approach is tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.
Outside the therapy room, you can find me spending time in nature, enjoying a good book, or connecting with loved ones. I value kindness, inclusivity, and deep listening — and I bring those values into every session.
Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for.
