Thank you to Breeze site managers, Emily Gibson and Laura Dunn, for partnering with Texas Health Resources new Community Resource Center team at the Workforce Solutions Health and Wellness fair in McKinney over the weekend! The new Community Resource Center is located at Texas Health Allen and offers access to condition-specific care, including bloodwork and education, personalized navigation services and access to nutrition counseling and support groups.
