As Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care works towards being an Autism Friendly Designation through the wonderful organization, Autism Speaks, we wanted to share the 'Busy Bags' we currently utilize in all 31 of our clinics! Russell Tefertiller, Radiation Tech Clinical Educator with Breeze, and proud father to a son on the autism spectrum disorder, has spearheaded the initiative to ensure our organization recognizes, supports and welcomes people with autism and their families. Soon 100% of the Texas Health Breeze staff will be trained and certified in best practices from autism experts to work with all patients who walk through our doors.
