Raintree Healthcare is relocating on November 7th to a temporary location, while our new permanent office space is being built. Starting on Monday, November 7th, we will begin seeing patients at: 1111 Raintree Circle, Suite 240.

Our office will be in the "Twin Creeks Medical Center One" building, across from the Texas Health Athlete Training Center. The suite is across the hall at the top of the elevator and stairs.

Independently performs the functions of a medical assistant in direct patient care. Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care. Also works in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs.
Responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating patient care. Uses clinical judgment based on nursing skills acquired through formal and informal experiential knowledge and evidence based guidelines to globally assess the patient's situation and through critical thinking and clinical decision making, develop an appropriate plan of care for the patient, with the aim of promoting comfort.

Raintree Healthcare is now offering the Pfizer COVID vaccine to both adult and pediatric patients age 12 years and older, in accordance with CDC recommendations and the FDA Emergency Use Authorization.

Pfizer COVID vaccination is currently offered ONLY to patients 12 years and older, on Thursday and Friday afternoons. Please contact the office if you would like to schedule vaccination for yourself or your child.

We will update our patients once we have other manufacturers' COVID vaccines available and can offer expanded appointment times. We will also make an announcement when we have an FDA EUA for children under 12 years of age.
