Our therapy pup touts her self-care practices (a protein-rich diet, rest, and a healthy amount of sun exposure) as she recharges her batteries for another day of supporting her human clientele. (Moderate exercise not pictured).

We’re wrapping up October as ADHD awareness month, and while neurodivergent attention can come with a set of unique challenges among the individual sufferer, there can be so much strength in simply knowing you’re not alone and doing what you can to seek support and maximize the strengths built in to this variation in attention-type. To a year of worrying less about perceptions, creating and strategizing more flexibly, and loving the exact version of yourself that exists in each present moment - may it be your best year yet.
🎓 Calling all parents with graduating teens, current college students, or young adults enrolling in college this Fall! 🎓
Do you know someone preparing to transition to college—or are you currently navigating that shift? We're now enrolling for an 8-week College Transition Group designed to support teens and young adults through this exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) phase of life.
Led by Elizabeth, this group helps young people build critical skills in:
✅ Time management
✅ Maintaining physical & mental health
✅ Developing healthy social relationships
✨ What makes this group unique?
We begin and end with optional parent session—offering caregivers a space to voice concerns, learn how to support autonomy, and build a more evolved connection with their maturing child. The final joint session includes reflections on student growth and guidance for "letting go" with grace and support.
📊 Each student will complete a College Readiness Assessment before and after the group to track their own development. Assessments are private unless the student chooses to share.
💡 This group is ideal for rising seniors, gap year students, current college students struggling with the adjustment, and anyone seeking a smoother path into adulthood.
In this eight-week course, Elizabeth will first meet with the parent group in a preliminary planning meeting that gives voice to any parent concerns or ideas in helping their teens acquire necessary skills for healthy social relationships, time management, and maintenance of physical/mental health w...

As a former collegiate athlete, private coach, and now a couple and family therapist, I have developed a strong belief in the power of the team (YOUR team) and the joy that comes in building deep connection with others.
In my practice I specialize in helping couples and families toward their goal of rebuilding and even strengthening their connection following periods of heightened conflict, broken trust, or underlying difficulties with communication.
I also specialize in helping individual athletes through the challenges of managing performance-related anxiety, maintaining work/life balance, and staying motivated through physical or mental burnout or fatigue.
If you or someone you know could benefit from information on my site or by working directly with me in counseling, please share! My passion is to help people find their best possible self by creating a healthy structure in life routines, establishing an inner confidence despite any past wounds or struggles with insecurity, and by building trust and connection in close relationships.
I hope I have the opportunity to hear your unique story!
