I talk about having a rib or thoracic spine issue after a workout that caused tightness, discomfort, and difficulty breathing. I called my chiropractor friend who came over and adjusted me. While the pain didn't go away immediately, I could breathe better and sleep better that night. The adjustment has helped significantly, about 90% better now.
