Because at this point my skincare and self care deserves an award🤪

It’s another year around the sun filled with lots of love, laughs, and some tears in between. And even though I’m not where I thought I would be, God has blessed me to be far from where I started. What I’ve slowly come to learn is that 44 is softer where it needs to be, stronger where it matters, and wiser about what deserves my energy.

So this year I’m promising myself to choose peace over pressure, purpose over perfection, and joy without apology.

Signing off with confidence, fulfillment, and glowing skin…….

There’s something special about coming back to where it all started and I could not be more honored and thankful to for inviting me back to

Returning to my home residency program to spend the day working with residents to and teach injection techniques to the next generation of dermatologists was truly a full circle moment alongside my colleague and friend .coreyhartman

The same halls where I once learned, questioned, and grew are now where I get to pour back into residents who are on that very same journey.

I’m grateful for the foundation, the mentors who shaped me, and the opportunity to now be part of someone else’s learning experience.

This is what mentorships all about. To whom much is given……….much is required🙏🏽

✨When Mentorship Comes Full Circle✨

This feels extra special and grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it🙏🏽

Thank you to three incredible mentors who didn’t just teach me dermatology, but truly helped shape and mold the physician I am today.

Your guidance, your belief in me, and your willingness to open doors made all the difference.

Because of you, I had the honor of contributing as an author—writing two chapters on cosmetic dermatology and procedures in skin of color. A full circle moment that reminds me how powerful mentorship truly is.

And a huge thanks to my co-authors .md

Here’s to lifting as we climb, pouring into the next generation, and never forgetting those who poured into us first.

✨AAD 2026 Recap✨

From exhibit halls, inspiring lectures, beautiful receptions, and skincare hauls…..no specialty does it better!!!

And the best part of it all is getting to catch up with colleagues and friends, that fills my heart with joy, until we do it all over again.
