As chair of the Mentorship Committee it always fills my heart with joy to see this collage of recently matched URiM students who will soon be my fellow dermatology colleagues. โฃ

The last four years have been a labor of love spearheading this committee and matching students with dermatologists to guide them during their clerkships, inspire them on their rotations, and motivate them to stand as a prepared applicant to match into Dermatology.โฃ
