Let's look at circumstances. Many times they can't be changed. 💰👩🦰🌎⏰
But, we do get to decide how and what we think about that circumstance.
Circumstances are neutral until you have a thought about them.
Thoughts are what create our feelings and the good news is we get to choose what we think about.
How do you want to feel today?
Is it, "I'm stuck at home. 🙁 or "I'm safe at home." 😁?
Which thought creates the feeling of despair and stress? Which thought feels good in your body?
You get to choose and then show up and take action from that place. Get into the habit of being aware of your thoughts and how they are making you feel.

It's important to know what you put on your skin, in the air you breath in your home, office, & car, and what you eat.
Let's look at this hand soap. It's a perfect example of 🌱"greenwashing"❗️ I'm talking about products that say they are "naturally derived" which sounds good, right?
Flip it over and it says that it's triclosan free, biodegradable, and never tested on animals. This all sounds like it would be a conscientious choice and most people stop there.
But when you 👀 look closer, this is NOT a good option.
Keep reading the ingredient list. I can't even pronounce most of these chemicals, I don't have a degree in chemistry and that's what these companies are counting on.

Changing your mindset can be life changing. You do have a choice and only you can control the outcome.
Each day I have to make a decision to intentionally move my body. Even when I was attending a conference this past week the ladies and I chose to 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️walk the few blocks to dinner instead of getting an 🚗Uber.
It wasn't the planned workout I would have done if I had been home but instead of say NO to working out because it wouldn't be "perfect" I decided what I could say YES to and went for it. I want to remember, any movement is better than none especially after so much sitting in a conference!
I've found when I stopped trying to do it "perfect" or "right" and instead just started doing it, everything felt so much simpler.
Done is always better than perfect. 🤜🤛👍

There are alternatives but, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE to take responsibility for your own health. YOUR HEALTH MATTERS MOST TO YOU!
However, there are too many pitfalls and so much confusion along the way if you choose to go it alone.
Think about it...everyone has a suggestion about the best diet plan, how to get your energy back, and feel better. The truth is every body is different and what works for one body may not work for another.
It's also one thing to want to be healthy, but it's tough to implement the actions to achieve your goals.
Next, ask yourself: "Am I an expert who can show myself the simplest way to achieve my health goals, or do I need the help from an expert?"
Finally, ask yourself: "How committed am I to reaching my goals in the next 3 months?"

Emotions - Some are useful but don't necessarily feel comfortable.
For example, Courage doesn't usually feel very comfortable but it's necessary to helping us break through and actually do the things that we are so afraid of even trying much less doing.
Determination is not a feeling of ease but it's the one we need in order to get us through to the other side.
Acceptance is a big one! It allows us to accept the things that are out of our control. It is what causes us to accept ourselves and stop judging ourselves and accept what is.
Confidence feels good. I'm talking about the kind of confidence where you've got your own back and are standing committed to your decisions no matter what.
Curiosity puts you in a place to be able to be open to new possibilities in your life.
❓When you look at the results you're wanting in your life, what are the emotions that are going to help you get there?
❓How often and willing are you to feel useful but uncomfortable emotions to get to your goal?
We can only consciously direct our emotions to make sure they are useful in our lives when we pay attention to the top 3 we feel on a regular basis. When we get serious about what's going on in our brains...that's when things will start to shift.
