We are pumped to celebrate Vanessa Macereno's 6-year anniversary with CEPT! Woohoo!

From RBT to a handful of clients to rocking a full BCBA caseload, Vanessa has shown what it means to be a truly dedicated and passionate clinician. Her unwavering commitment to her clients and their families, her work ethic, and her ability to navigate even the most challenging situations with grace and perseverance have made a lasting impact on our team and the families we serve.

She is an incredible mentor to the RBT's, always finding ways to teach the 'why' behind what we do which results in more fulfilling sessions for all involved. She is also a beautiful example on what collaboration looks like across disciplines and families, ensuring continuity all around for the client's team.

If you see her around, give her a high five! Congrats, Vanessa, on this amazing achievement and thank you for six years of outstanding care. Happy to be in this wild world of ABA together!

We'd like to take a moment to recognize and celebrate a very special milestone. Today marks two years since Karsen and Becky joined us at Cutting Edge!

Over the past two years, both Karsen and Becky have consistently shown up for their team and our clients with dedication, flexibility, and heart. They’ve provided meaningful behavior support, stepped up to train new employees on our current clients, and are always willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

It has been truly wonderful to watch them grow as RBTs and continue their journey in the field of ABA. Their commitment and positivity make a lasting impact on everyone around them, and we are so thankful to have them as part of the Cutting Edge Therapy family.
