This week, we are celebrating TWO years of Kaylin Boas being on our speech team at CEPT!
Kaylin has brought so much value and creativity to our therapy model and clinic, I can't even put it into words.

Kaylin is a true rockstar and the most creative SLP I have met in my career to date. If you have ever observed even just a minute or two of Kaylin's sessions, you have seen the fun that she brings to therapy! Not to mention the knowledge, expertise, and problem solving she integrates into each activity. Kaylin enters the window into the world of our clients in the most unique way. She is also always evolving her skills, and is currently in the process of gaining more training in DIR Floortime so she can make her sessions even more interactive and holistic.

Kaylin is also being promoted to Tier 3, which is beyond deserved. Kaylin constantly pours into mentoring others as the Gestalt Language Processing/Child-Led Therapy Specialist and as a Clinical Fellowship supervisor. You can find her brainstorming with clinicians across disciplines on how to build intrinsic motivation with clients, educating others on creative ways to work with gestalt language processors, and spending countless hours putting together resources for families and clinicians on how to guide our clients. CEPT would not be the same place without Kaylin, and we are so grateful she is a part of our team.

We are pleased to announce that Jaclyn McPeters has officially completed her Clinical Fellowship (CF) and has been awarded her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as well as her SLP license! This is a major professional milestone and a testament to Jaclyn's dedication and hard work.

Most of you have already experienced the positivity and joy Jaclyn brings to our clinic. She is known for her positive attitude, her initiative in asking thoughtful questions to better support her clients, and her natural ability to build rapport with children and families. Her presence is uplifting, and she consistently contributes to a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Jaclyn first joined our team as a graduate student and then we were thrilled when she joined our speech team as a CF after graduating. Jaclyn brings joy and a smile to her therapy sessions and her clients and families. What truly sets Jaclyn apart is her eagerness to continue growing. She is committed to expanding her clinical knowledge and her passion for serving others shines through in everything she does.
