Looks like a silly word challenge, but it’s actually powerful therapy! For PT, create movements to associate with each word, to supports balance, coordination, and motor planning. For OT, we are building attention, body awareness, and sequencing skills. For Speech, it helps with speech timing, auditory processing, and expressive language. When PT, OT, and Speech work together, learning stays fun!

Today we are thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone Jennah Critchfield-Lopez’s 10-year anniversary with Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy!

Jennah’s journey with Cutting Edge began as a student in September of 2015, and she officially joined our team in January of 2016. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a rare combination of passion, curiosity, and heart for the work we do (she's kinda the poster child therapist!).

In January of 2019, Jennah stepped into the Lead OT role for our Allen clinic, where her leadership and dedication helped propel us to a major milestone our first year surpassing 9,000 OT visits. Her ability to lead with both excellence and empathy set a new standard for our team.

In June of 2023, Jennah was promoted to Director, where she skillfully navigated and supported the continued growth of Allen’s OT programs. Through every season, Jennah has shown unwavering dedication, a huge heart that shines through with every client she treats, and a wonderful personality that makes those around her better. Fun fact... the grocery stores at both locations are just one of Jennahs many "jemstones."

Jennah’s amazing skill set, combined with her constant yearning to learn and grow, allows her to make each treatment fun and meaningful for our friends and families. She is an outstanding therapist, mentor, leader, and friend, and her impact is felt daily across our organization.

Jennah, we are truly blessed to have you as part of the Cutting Edge family. Thank you for 10 incredible years of service, leadership, and heart. Here’s to many more “jemstones” ahead!
