Co-treats are fun, efficient, and effective! They involve more than one discipline working together to create a treatment plan tailored to the client’s needs. By combining approaches, the therapists maximize each session for improved function. Co-treats can be part of a session or the whole thing, and may include ST, OT, PT, or ABA in any combination!

Happy birthday to our very handsome and loving therapy dog, Rocky! Today, he turns 13. Rocky was found in a box abadoned in the countryside. Now he’s living his best life! He started supporting in the clinic in 2013 after completing his training, and now he comes to visit on a weekly basis! He brightens everyone’s day and provides endless smiles. He’s not just a therapy dog to our clients, but to our employees as well!

We excited to share that this week Nooreen has reached her 6 year anniversary with Cutting Edge!

From day one, she has brought an incredible combination of passion and positivity to our team. Her commitment to our clients and their families shines through in everything she does.

One of the things we appreciate most is her eagerness to support and uplift her coworkers. She is always willing to jump in, offer guidance, share resources, or simply brighten someone’s day with her upbeat attitude. She has been an invaluable part of our team.

I’m excited to share that today marks a huge milestone—Kenzie Rooks is celebrating five incredible years with Cutting Edge! 🙌
Let’s take a moment to congratulate Kenzie and thank her for the energy, dedication, and heart she brings to our team every single day.

Kenzie’s story with us began in November 2020 as an Office Coordinator. Her drive and leadership quickly propelled her to Senior Office Coordinator and then to Clinic Manager in Allen. Even when Kenzie stepped back to focus on her education, she continued to support the clinic part-time in an administrative role.

Fast forward to this past June: Kenzie passed her exam and stepped into a new chapter as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). We are so lucky to have Kenzie on our Counseling team and she makes a difference each day with clients and families!
Kenzie’s dedication, compassion, and connection shine through everything she does, and CEPT is a much brighter place with her here! 🌞

Please join us in celebrating Joseph Reeves for reaching an incredible milestone 12 years with Cutting Edge Pediatric & Adult Therapy!

Joseph’s impact across our organization is truly immeasurable. He not only manages our facilities, computers, and human resources, etc. but also oversees our Mansfield location with the same dedication and excellence. Beyond Cutting Edge, Joseph also assists with our other businesses, Joseph Lundgren Consulting, T&S Imports and JR Stone and Tile, and managing our commercial properties (not to mention fixing everything I break at my house) always balancing multiple hats with calm professionalism and a smile.

Joseph’s contributions over the years are countless, and his growth has been extraordinary. He joined us as a young pup, and we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into the remarkable man he is today from the time he spoke to a packed arena at the American Airlines Center during the Allen High School graduation in 2014 to traveling to China together multiple times and having to endure a fast passed schedule that may have included a stop at KFC to now preparing for his next big chapter.

This January, Joseph begins an exciting new journey as he starts pre-med school while continuing to work full-time (because of course he is!). And as if that weren’t enough, he’s also celebrating another major life milestone marrying Ashton earlier this year and beginning a wonderful new journey together.

We have no doubt that this next chapter will bring even more stories, lessons, and experiences that will shape his bright future. Joseph, you are a true example of integrity, drive, and heart that we could use more of in the world. Kate and I are incredibly proud of you for your professional excellence and for the person you’ve become.

Congratulations on 12 amazing years and on everything still ahead!
