July is famous for fireworks, freedom, and now — birthday cake for our favorite “Care-ing of Dr. Careing”! While America celebrates its birth with parades and BBQs, we’re lighting candles (okay, maybe just metaphorically) for someone who’s made an even bigger impact on our hearts — you!
Thanks for keeping us on track, keeping us laughing, and caring so much that sometimes we mistake you for a superhero in a lab coat (seriously, where do you hide your cape?). Your leadership skills are so impressive, we’re considering nominating you to run the country next July!
So here’s to the one who’s guided us, inspired us, and occasionally reminded us not to forget our coffee in the breakroom microwave. Everyone, drop your best (and silliest) birthday wishes for Dr. Gutsmann below — and remember, laughter is the best birthday gift (no assembly required)!

If anyone was trying to reach us this afternoon and was unable to get a hold of the office we sincerely apologize. Spectrum had an Internet outage for lasting almost the whole afternoon.
