Hot honey was a huge hit last year. I was super excited to grow all my own organic peppers this season…jalapeños, habanero, chili, Hungarian, Carolina reaper and bell. It was the first of (hopefully) many harvest.

There are so many benefits to beeswax bags and wraps…better for the environment and better for your food just to name a couple. I’m so excited to start this new endeavor. Reusable for up to 1 year and easy to clean , these bags measure 18 in. X 11 in. As you can see from the pictures , a sourdough loaf fits perfectly . You can’t go wrong with a combination of homegrown habanero, Serrano, jalapeño, Hungarian wax, and cayenne peppers with an added kick from some onions and garlic. Stay tuned for our first attempts at “hot honey”. Just like the garlic honey, this has a fermentation process and takes about 3 weeks to complete. We will be selling these individually and as an awesome honey trio (regular, garlic, hot) gift set. 🔆🐝🍯🧄🌶️

Donaldson Creek Farms(Chad) and Grand Valley Naturals(Janet) has been busy harvesting and processing. It’s time once again to start the fermentation process for our amazing ingredients garlic honey. Each 1 pound jar of honey contains 8 to 10 garlic cloves. This process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Comment below if you’d like to reserve your jar(s) of deliciousness… Eight dollars per jar.
