Heads up...while most of the week will bring high pressure, there is a big pressure drop coming on Thursday. This could lead to an increase in aches and pains. Not everyone is impacted the same from these weather changes, but those that get migraines, have arthritis, fibromyalgia, or neuropathic conditions are much more susceptible.

Beginning January 12, my regular massage days will be changing:

Monday • Tuesday • Thursday

➡️ New schedule:
Tuesday • Wednesday • Friday

This change allows me to better support my clients and create more balance moving into the new year.
