Our individual and collective mental wellness has taken a big hit this year. 2020 has contributed to the suffering of everyone, of course to varying degrees.

We must begin to normalize talking about mental health. There is absolutely no shame in seeking help when we are feeling at the end of our mental capacity. It is time! We must all step up and be the positive reinforcement needed for everyone to feel comfortable talking about what they need.

Taking care of your physical and mental health must be your #1 priority.
You should never need to worry about speaking out to another person when you need help. This is your life.

You are the one responsible for your well being. Take good care of you.
Don't let others shame you and if they do walk away understandIng they are ignorant to the human mental wellness needs.
