Change on Hamilton Change on Hamilton Recovery Center offers safe, respectful, and inclusive programming to individuals on their recovery journeys in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or are many years in recovery, you are welcome. About:
Change on Hamilton is operated by volunteers in recovery and managed by professional staff. We offer a safe environment that fosters inclusive and respectful support to individuals seeking assistance in all stages of recovery. We are not a treatment facility but we can assist those in need by referri

ng to treatment and also refer to other community resources as needed. We encourage and guide members to pursue meaningful lives with purpose and meet their self-defined goals at Change on Hamilton. Our hope is that individuals will find inspiration, encouragement, support through lived experience from our volunteers and staff at the center. It takes effort and a dedicated community to support the recovery process. What we offer:
-Twelve Step Support Groups: AA, NA, Al-Anon and more.
-Recovery Oriented Activities: Karaoke, Movie Nights, Holiday Parties, Yoga, Arts & Craft, etc.
-Educational & Life Skills Workshops: Resume Building, Mock Interviews, Job Search, etc.

Pathway to Change staff is eager to welcome our panelists for tomorrow’s Reentry Discussion in recognition of National Second Chance Month.

Our dedicated team has worked hard to bring Change on Hamilton’s new reentry program to life—creating a space rooted in support, dignity, and real opportunity for those returning home.

We’re grateful to stand alongside individuals with lived experience who are willing to share their stories, insight, and hope. Their voices are what make this work real.

We’re also excited to have the Lehigh County Reentry Coalition on site with resource tables— inviting community members to learn more, connect, and get involved in supporting successful reentry across our region.
