This week we did something a little different at AFC Urgent Care - Lower Macungie. We pulled our managers OUT of the clinic and had an incredible offsite meeting led by Dana Scarcella. She guided us through some big conversations.
We realize you can't expect people to embody your culture if you haven't taken the time to define it. Dana helped us articulate what we stand for and how we show up in our daily work, as well as actions to take to bring our newly defined core values to life. This work isn't just about internal alignment; it's about delivering exceptional patient experiences and top-notch medical care every single day. And now, we have the clarity to do that with purpose.
