We'll be back at Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center for an Autumn Moon Festival tai chi practice on October 5th starting at 4:30 p.m. as the sun begins to set and the moon rises. We'll honor the moon's powerful presence with a set of gentle movements followed by some time together sharing light refreshments. Through your donation as a participant, you help support a local jewel of a park and the fascinating historical home at its center (https://www.friendsofnoldeforest.org).

Here's an opportunity to welcome fall and set a positive tone as the new season settles in. Join us for a moving, peaceful practice that will leave you feeling deeply connected to the moon, the forest, and nature at large.
