✨ What started during a rough season has now become my annual tradition, a little end-of-year unplug & recharge 🧘🏾♂️💫
Taking time to reset, reconnect, and breathe (without checking notifications every 5 minutes 😅) is so important for your mental health. Whether it’s a few days or a few weeks, I encourage you to log off, tune in, and give yourself some grace. 💚
