A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to be a speaker for our local high school's career series. In 90-minutes, I got to speak to 2 classes of young people about being a pharmacist.

Most of the students had only experienced a pharmacist at Weis (a grocery store). So I was able to share my role in Ambulatory Care. But I also got to hear from them. They asked great questions about the drug development process. How I protect patient privacy. There were concerns about drug abuse. One student even asked about using Latin on prescriptions ➡️ impressive!

Teamwork makes the dreamwork 🙌🎉

I'm fortunate to have a great support system as I have started PharmDtoBe Guides. My brother is definitely on my team. He is my official photographer, always making sure I am Hollywood ready. And even letting my daughter be is assistant 😉

Today is his birthday and I am excited to celebrate with him 🎉 I'm sure there will be lots of Mexican food since that's his favorite 🌮
