We are excited to have Dr. Nardine Bastawros join our practice!

Dr. Bastawros is a passionate and internationally educated professional, she earned her Bachelor of dental surgery degree from the prestigious faculty of dentistry Alexandria University, Egypt.

Dr. Bastawros graduated first in her class with high honors Summa cm laude from University at Buffalo School of dental medicine - Esthetic Dentistry Minor. She received multiple awards and attained membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental honor Society.

Following graduation from Dental School, she completed her General Practice Residency program at Lehigh Valley Hospital where she received an additional year of advanced training in General and Hospital Dentistry.

From years of practice, Dr. Bastawros is proficient in restorative crown/bridges, root canal therapies and extractions. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania State Dental Association.

Dr. Bastawros also serves her community by providing free dental care at Pennsylvania Mission of Mercy events.

She is excited and looking forward to meet all of our amazing patients!

April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month

Cancers of the mouth and throat are prevalent, and early detection can be a matter of life or death. Statistics available from the National Cancer Institute on oral cavity and pharynx cancer for 2023 revealed an estimated 54,540 new cases and an estimated 11,580 fatalities.
As with all forms of cancer, early detection improves chances of survival.
