Yes!

It feels on brand that international women’s day fell on the one day of the year that’s only 23 hours and my family had the stomach bug. So post late, but better than never:

I dare you to train like a girl.

We train tired. 
We train busy.
We train juggling kids.
We train running a business.
We train managing a household.
When there are 1000 other things we could be doing, we train anyway.
Because it makes us better.
Makes us stronger.
More resilient.
More disciplined.
Less willing to accept other people’s BS.

We build strength in the chaos of motherhood. We find our strongest selves in the darkest moments. In the moments when quitting would be easier. Training like a girl isn’t for everyone. But the ones who do?…

We’re unstoppable.
