Did you know clinical research is powered by both federal funding (like the National Institutes of Health) and private industry partners, including pharma and biotech companies?

In these studies, sponsors hire trusted physicians from a variety of healthcare settings to lead the trials. Patients often receive medical care at no cost, and in many cases, they may even receive a small stipend for participating. Clinical trials play a vital role in bringing new treatments to life — and participants are a key part of that progress. 💙 Learn more: https://bit.ly/30i6MFI

The future of mental health care is getting a major upgrade thanks to technology 🧠💻

🔹 Virtual therapy & mental-health apps — from telehealth sessions to mood-tracking, mindfulness and CBT tools — are making support more accessible and convenient for people everywhere.
🔹 Wearable tech (smartwatches, fitness trackers, etc.) can now track stress signals, sleep patterns, and emotional well-being — helping us catch early signs of burnout or anxiety before they escalate.
🔹 Tech isn’t replacing human care — but it’s expanding and enhancing it. For many, that means therapy and tools are within reach even when “in-person” isn’t possible.

If you’ve been curious about mental-health support, now’s the time to explore what’s out there. Because caring for your mind shouldn't be complicated — it should be accessible. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4oLbKVE

🍎 Did you know your diet can do more than fuel your body- it can help sustain your mind too? Foods rich in omega-3s (like salmon and flaxseeds), B vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants play a key role in brain health and emotional well-being.

While no single meal will cure depression or anxiety, adopting a whole-food, nutrient-dense diet, such as the Mediterranean or MIND diet, can support your mood, protect brain function, and deepen the impact of your mental health care.

Our Story

The Lehigh Center opened its doors in 2001. Since then we have grown into the largest independently run research facility in the Lehigh Valley. We credit this success to our highly trained staff of doctors, nurses and study coordinators who believe that the health and wellbeing of our patients is of the upmost importance, while we obtain quality data.
