Exercise looks different as a mom — and that’s more than okay. 💛
Some days it’s a full workout, some days it's 5:30 am wake ups for strength and agility training, some days it’s a walk, stretching between meetings, some days it's running outside with my little man, or simply choosing to move your body with intention.
As a registered dietitian (and a mom), I’m proud to say I truly practice what I preach. Health isn’t about perfection — it’s about meeting yourself where you are. That’s exactly why I’m so excited to share something we created to support our community in a realistic, sustainable way.
