If you are having problems with the time change, feeling depressed, no energy, and just blaw. Defuse or use topically cedar wood oil and first thing in the morning sit out in the sun with the sun shining on your face for 20 minutes for four days. It will help with your mood, energy levels, and reset your internal clock. Which will help you get a better night sleep, energy levels, and feel better

If you are having a hard time with depression, anxiety, being tired, and just blaw because of the time change and getting dark earlier. Use cedar wood oil topically or defuse it.
