By turning a forward fold into a “Yoga Sandwich,” Steph helps kids explore hinging at the hips, lengthening the spine, and connecting breath to movement — all through creative play. What looks like fun is actually building motor skills, balance, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.

About Online Yoga School

Our mission is to make yoga teacher training accessible to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge in yoga or become a yoga teacher. Not only do our instructors have the most up-to-date certifications, but we all practice what we preach. Finding inner peace while building inner and outer strength is something that we hold true to ourselves. You will become immersed in the practice of yoga during this 200 hour training. You will discover your authentic voice, learn to plan intelligent and dynamic classes, teach and build a private client base, and birth a successful yoga business so you can live your dream.
